Incredible is the first word that comes to mind. It's so refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and deal with someone with an intuitive, no-nonsense, straight down the line approach. Just returned from the US following the most successful trade show we have ever experienced!! We had the new tradeshow booth banner which you designed, handed out the Company Brochures and Notepads which we developed. We even had some prospective Chinese customers stop by who were delighted to receive the (simplified) Chinese version of our Company brochure which you layed out.
Probably the biggest compliment I can pass along to you was regarding our sample product labels. We had several people stop by asking us to supply them product with the sample labels as an end-user product. They said the labels were more informative and attractive than many similar products on the retail shelf. (pictured)
The 'mark of Simon' was all over our booth -- thank you for your significant contribution to making this show extremely successful. We've already closed a couple orders as a result.
